House like tent or base for faction or self

For House:u can buy one already made with gold then u place it in a place far from a safe zone and like u go in it theres a bed in it were u sleep iin it and in 20 seconds and all your hp and mp refilled and the housetent thing is a safe zone so when u get killed u go there i it is the nearest .You only get one if you buy it.If u make it you would need a certain amount of supplies and coins to make it(it takes 5 minutes when your making it)also u need to be a certain lvl like 30.also when you put it in a place it stays there like a house.The tent part is when your adventuring you would put a tent there just incase you know.

Base:A base for a faction is kinda be like a house tent just like Bigger.You only get 1.
If noone from your faction doesnt come there for 5 days someone else can come there and you cannot get it back unless your entire faction goes on adventure of somesort for 5 days.
There have to be exleast 20 people in it or there would be to many people in it.You can buy it with gold or you use donations out of your faction.


Base and house tent:1 You could defend it like a territory just smaller.
2 NO REFUNDS .

UUUGHHHHH i havent seen an idea EXACTLY like this but ones very very very similar! like recent ones on the freakin 1ST PAGE... soo... sweet heart... look around b4 u post, then u go to the thread that has around the same idea as yours, read it, and post things you think should be different
