So I have a few questions concerning my cleric.

1) Can a cleric solo TT or only a Herc veno can?

2) Why Blessing of the Purehearted is so bad if we compare it to Stream of Rejuvenation ? SoR is used to fix the barb condition but BoP gives maximum HP, less mp consumption and has the same channeling time? and of course, cheaper to level. So I'm very confused about this and I certainly won't dare to use BoP in any squad, I will sure get kicked out b:surrender

3) Does a cleric have to be charmed to do a full TT or FC run? I consume about +200 pots if I wanna do TT, and haven't done any FC of course but I wanna be prepared and up to what I will face. So please tell me what do 'you' do, and how was your first FC run and what do I need for it, advices?

If you mean solo mode (easier mobs/bosses) then yes, we can to a certain extent.
Squad mode is nearly impossible however.

BoP isn't bad at all, only SoR is better in every way:
-The channeling time is 0,5 sec faster.
-It heals more raw hp instantly.
-It relies more on your m.attk (50% as opposed to the 40% of BoP).
-It also heals over time.

Mana use really shouldn't matter all that much when you have a good amount of (event) potions.
Personally I always use BoP instead of SoR since SoR is a very pricy skill with a rather situational use, a triple sparked BoP still heals a barb to full HP for me (very useful if the barb just ressed after having died to a boss).

Not sure if you mean an HP or MP charm here.

HP: No. I'd highly advise having one, but it is not needed. For FC you WILL need a genie with second wind/tree of protection as a replacement though.

MP: Hell no. event potions are by far the best way of replenishing MP past 75, they cost 3 tokens for a stack of 50, so they are less than 700 coins each.

Just to clear things out:
Yes I ment TT solo mode.
And for charms I ment MP one, HP is no problem to me as I have phy res pills and certainly not cheap to use a hp pot.

Personally, you're the first one to say that he uses BoP! so um yea, I should consider using it at critical situations.

Paramedic is a firm believer in BoP too. What the aboveposter said was pretty good, especially about the event potions. They're a clerics best friend 75+. As for having an HP charm in FC, I would recommend it for your first few runs until you figure things out. By the time your charm runs out you should be competent enough to go without b:victory

BotP is just cheaper than 2xWS, and stronger (on low lvls)

There is another way to use Blessing of the purehearted.
Keep it at level 1, and it'll be your cheapest source of chi and still heal for a decent amount when you are grinding alone. Of course, this is only good for those who wants to spend less on mana pots(especially pre-75)

Also there is a tendency for people to call you fail if you use this skills, and this is where you should keep healing with your usual way.

Clerics can do TT solo mode, but to solo a squad mode tt, only hercs venos can do those at a decent speed.

I highly suggest going charmed for your first fc, unless its a higher level run with more experienced people or theres another experienced cleric. TT however, would kinda be pointless since you run tt for coins, using them on charms would not make any sense.

Be sure to pack a lot of mana food with you too, since 1 run of fc can potentially cost up to 50(or more) mana food.

We can totally do TT without charms XD i just prefer having a hp charm on at all times. Its not really that expensive at the mid lvl if your not TOO pvp active. I've had a plat hp charm on for about a month and its only at half. and thats from the time when i was doing like 5 tt runs a day(its a lot for me XD but not much for some) and then my bh's/spare quests.


Blessing of the purehearted isnt bad, just very situational. I've had people use it in squads i've lead and i let them stay if they use it right. When they try to sub it as iron heart and tell me that they haven't lvld iron heart past 1...that's when they get the boot. lol

I can only answer 2, heh heh....^^;

BoP is good if used at the right time.

Good times
- after a rez
- after the end of an unexpected scuffle with a set of mobs
- to heal yourself after the (heal?) aggroed mob has been taken care of

Bad times
- during boss fight
- during any fight, really

SoR tends to be used more because it is better designed for during a fight. It heals a good amount of the barb's HP, has heal over time, AND is a little faster than BoP. There are bad times to use this as well, so it's not really a do-all heal.

TT solo mode isnt that bad. Especially 2-1(forshura armor, gold mats), or even 1-3(war drums). Just not worth it, pot costs and time.
