I've purchased ZEN for my Heroes of Three account, where is it?

It's not in my game list so i can't transfer it to my in-world to buy a mount?

Why isn't it on the game list? I just bought it and i have no other use for it and i can't get my money back so how do i transfer ZEN to a game that isn't even listed?

    It's in the closed beta phase right now so I guess it's not officially part of the list yet.

    Well there shouldn't be a market if you can't even transfer your ZEN into gold for that game =-/

    Well there are people on there with horses and everytime i ask them how they transfered ZEN i get ignored b:sad

    you do understand what closed beta is don't you? it's a testing phase in the game - pwi have never to my knowledge allowed or promoted transferring zen onto a cb server because all characters are wiped at the transition from closed to open beta.

    also you would be better posting this into the hotk forums.. not pwi - different game after all

    and if you did visit those forums you might see that the gm there has indicated there will be free zen for testing purposes later in CB

    not sure about the horse thing - perhaps early testers

    That be the entire point of Closed Beta.....
    To have people mess around and find obvious bugs to possibly fix and then be wiped.

    You get the horse from doing a quest early on...I don't remember which one. You even get free fash early on(but it lasts for a week).

    yup found the horse quest by accident last night.. think it is one of the ones from the inn keeper or their assistant in zhishou (spelling? lol) all these new names..

    You cannot purchase and transfer ZEN into a game that is in closed beta. This is because the information on the servers will be wiped out before the game goes into open beta. During the entire course of the closed beta process, no ZEN can be put into the game for that reason.
