Catshop Glitch?

I bought token of best luck in a catshop last night. The problem is, I didn't get the item and my coins are gone. I didn't manage to get the name of the player because he also went offline after I bought the item. I tried logging on & off thinking that it may appear but nothing happened. Have you guys experience this?

I already sent ticket for this incident and waiting for feedback.

    did you get scammed into buying a reg token for 5 mil?? used to happen all the time when packs first came out allmost a year ago and still a few people try to do it.

    Just log-in again since last night and saw the shop selling again the token for 4.5M at the same spot. We'll I just hope that PWI could help me on this.

    UPDATE

    b:cry PWI told me that they can't do anything with my situation.

    They advise me to be careful in buying items from players shop which made me think that catshop is not secured at all. Also, one of the player in my faction confirmed that it also happened to him but he didn't bother to complain. b:cry

    Anyways, its not a huge amount.
