Bank Code Reset Code..?

Hello,

I forgotten my bank code, so I sent a ticket in support, so they fixed it. And mailed me. But they just said it was reset, yet never told me what it was reset to.. Is it something obvious im missing? or did they just maybe forget to tell me?

    If you cannot open your Bank then send them a letter back.

    They could have just reset it to not having one and you would have to create a new one.

    Yep I believe they just take away the code altogether. You should be able to access your bank and create a new code if you like.
