help not received? o.o

well...if youve seen my last thread...i said that ive lost my safe password one one of my chars...yes? well i DID submit a trouble ticket and for about a week i havnt got my safe pass back...so i still cant put on any gear or get into my safe...and i cant do some other things either...do i just have to submit another ticket? ._.

    Was the ticket sent one week after the trouble occured or? I am lost.
