I got them from a quest around level 35ish I thought it was a soulgem but apparently I'm wrong now i understand its a mold, but how do i use it, how do i mold the weapon orrrr the whatever it makes, sooo confused!!!

    You go where the forges at in south arch and look in the legendary weapon forge, get the materials you need from what it says and have the skill manufacturing at the level on the blacksmith from what it says to make it from the mold you have.
