Clestial shards

Hi, can anyone tell me how to get the celestial shards, the "mats" to get the items from the mailsbox (...)
I saw that just 7 are needed for 1 hyper exp stone and 30 (don't remember exactly the number about this) for the lowest lvl charm hp or mp, so should not be so hard to get em...

I want the not tredable tiger mount, anyone already have it?
