Black Skin

I've seen assassins and other classes with dark black skin but I can't get it on the color wheel--is there some sort of trick to it?

    the only legal way to get a really dark skin, is dragging the colour select thingy to the corners of the colour wheel. It's not completely black. But comes quite close.
