    what i need to kill for tb quest..treasure map VII?.....and where he is?

      He's in a cave along with a bunch of quickly respawning mobs. The entrance is west of where autopath will take you. Best join a squad unless you're a veno (and it takes stupidly long for a veno to solo him.)
