The rules about incompatible names is what im talking about...if the name of a faction is incompatible then they shouldnt be used...just like a char name...when creating a char and u put a symbol in it it wont allow u to create it why is the faction not the same? u can change ur icon evey 2 weeks...is there a way u can make it so u can change fac name at least 1 time limit or have customer support fix a mistake like they can add icon?? this is crazy...a fac has gone outta there way to create a lvl 3 and can now not get an icon...its not the fault of the faction but the system shouldnt allow compatible names just like a chars.
