How do i report someone?

Or is this a game where there is no function to report some vile, psychotic person as they put too much money into the game and get away with anything?

I have clicked on support and there is not much on that page.

    Boy it sure bugs me, people who put too much money into the game too!! Darn those people, it keeps it free for others to play. Hope you get them banned!

    Send a ticket using the support page, with a screenshot of them doing whatever things to you.

    bunnella obviously you do not understand the principle of this topic here. I asked on how to report someone for disgusting vile lanugage just cos i wud not stay for another hour to help them finish their quest.

    Just cos you and others are rich, it does not give ye the right to say disgusting psychotic things to ppl. I dont care how much money you guys put into the game cos ye have more money than sense anyways, but to get away with such demonic behaviour is disgraceful.

    And work a bit more on ur sarcasm bunnella xD

    To be fair, before you go off on Bunella please re-read your original post. It sounded like you wanted to report someone for putting too much money into the game.

    I was pretty much teasing you. If they are bugging you, following you, saying nasty stuff to you then by all means report them. But if they spend money on the game, that's not really harassment.
    You do have the option to blacklist them too. That will stop you from seeing what they type. There are a lot of kids that play and can act kind of nasty. I have seen some very nice ones too. It all depends who you run into.
    I have no idea what your problem is, because you didn't specify. I hope that you get it fixed so it doesn't ruin your enjoyment of the game. But as a cash shopper myself, I just found it kinda of funny that you complained about someone spending "too much money on the game"

    Sorry i was vague bout my opening post but I was so angry. I am so not calling people vile and psychotic for putting money into the game, sorry that was a mistake. I put money into the game too lol.

    Reason i mentioned that is because the abusing person who pmed me vile words said to me "oh report me, they wont do anything to me cos i put loads of money into this game"

    And I am very much hoping that the PW staff or CSR does not allow people to get away with disgusting behaviour like that just because they put money into the game. I put loads of money into the game too but it does not give me the right to bytch to ppl just cos they cudnt stay and help me finish a quest. But sorry about the misunderstanding there.

    No harm, no foul :) I just got lucky that my edit to my post didn't print. I am a lot of things but vile and disgusting aren't there. I can be a bit psychotic sometimes hehe.

    I have found pwi to be very fair, I am sure they will help and I understand you were upset. Please don't let one or two fools ruin your enjoyment of the game. Black list them then you wont have to see what they are saying.

    I hope your day gets lots better :) By the way, I could probably be your mom (I am old enough) and I shouldn't have joked about your post. I was honestly only teasing about the cash shop part, the rest is serious and can be upsetting.

    If someone says something like you're talking about, blacklist them immediately. Don't give them the satisfaction of a reply. If they continue to harass you with different characters submit a ticket.

    Sounds like you got into a battle of wits with a 12 year old though.

    Be glad that stupid people have a way of letting you know who they are - which applies equally to some of the posters in this thread.

    dont bother reporting...nothing will be done about them, even with screenshots. unless it has to do with something illegal, like a money ****, no problems are actually given any attention. especially problems with other players. GMs and support just dont bother with piddly stuff like that.

    i hate to let the air out of anyone's baloon on that, but its just facts i have observed since 2009. before that, GMs actually were helpful, and supported the TOS. now? pfft.

    i've reported people and problems since starting, and the *only* problem ever investigated was a graphics glitch. not one of the troublemakers, not one of the players who mass griefed others by boss pulling was ever banned or otherwise punished. i know, because even after getting the stupid form email from support, the same players would be doing the same things. there was a time that kind of thing was not tolerated, but now? ha.

    That's because PWE has moved on, they are on to newer games like Immortal or Swordsman (something like that)
