Paypal Issue Help pls

When i try to pay for zen using paypal i get this error message :

"This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information "

I have Money in paypal.. it never happen like this b4.. help pls

    You will need to send an email to the billing department and please describe everything for the purchase attempt and leading to the error that you have encountered.

    it worked later after 4 hrs.. i think there was problem with paypal.. thx reply b:cute
