    I wanna change my password, but i have a security question. and i gotta admit i was not being truthful when i filled it out, so i forgot what i put in for the answer. If you can help ty.

      i clicked on the link or whatever and couldnt open the page
      i even tried with mozila
      i also have problems trying to contact a gm in game :s

      Try this one and click on "Request Support"...if ya can't find your answer ya'll have the option to submit a ticket or go into live chat.

      Before you can go to that link you need to open this first: https://support.perfectworld.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=15058

      Now you can see some categories. Since you want to change your password it's in the category called "Account related" Click on that and then the button called "Request Support"

      Now you can see some popular topics that have been a big problem for many members, but if you can't get your answer there then click on the button called: My answer is not here. It will move you to the link that the GM "SURTR" posted. The link is: https://ticket.perfectworld.com/ Before you can visit the page you need to do it over the first link I posted.
