My Blacksmith Starter Quest Vanished

Hi there, basically at lvl 5 i unlocked manufacturing skills, so i tried to do blacksmithing, i started it and the guy told me to get 2 pig irons. Anywayz i basically after that forgot and didn;t care but now i do because i need to make chi stones. I basically trashed the quest before but it is repeatable. But for some reason Elder does not offer it anymore, and even in the skill book section its not there so that means i did not finish it or something. But i cant learn it because there is no quest option to start. What should i do?

    you need to go back to the blacksmith that you talked to after talking to the elder. the elder doesn't start the quest, he just directs you to the appropriate NPC to talk to to start the quest

    i did and for related quests it sayz nothing.

    The books are cheaper when sold by other players, but harder to find.
