Blue bar above character's head

Hey guys, theres this wierd blue bar above my character's head. This only just happened when managed to steal agro from a herc in a 3 man Quinzi squad. Its a small blue bar that apears above my head when my mana is full, and turns brown from right-to-left when i use mana. This can probably be fixed with a varify, but, in my year or so of playing on this computer, this never happened before.

EDIT: Just checked, it only apears on my main, CTRLotus
Cant make up my mind D:
Maybe.. human guardian?

    You have described a feature, not a bug. this bar shows you your mana.

    To turn it on and off, you can click on the yellow dot left of your mana bar in the upper left hand corner. You will have to click twice to turn it off the first time after you log in (because the first click there after you log in always turns it on, even if it was already on).
