Can't find Forge..

Where do i forge the Robe of Blood Might... checked legendary and twylight forges n it isn't there... i'm lost can anyone plz help?

    This a mold with fb's blood , the forges are placed at Archo, South Distric, nearby to the General Summer npc, take a look at Legendary armor and click at last option *Spec*
