PvP orientated Genie skill set?

What's...a good genie skill set with heavy focus on PvP?

I'll probably get to around L60 then quit, so nothing too extreme b:shocked

Occult Ice, Tangling Mire, Frenzy, Second wind

I personally dont have occult ice on my genie, but I have bramble rage so I can tick those charmed players then start applying those annoying sleep, stun, and immobilize effects etc;

Get thunderstorm too since BR isn't going to have much power at 60.
