Actually, in my experience, that kind of advice has been pretty good -- apparently, people that lose learn stuff?
ok, you go get advice from the people that suck and never learn. I'll go find the people that lost in the past and learned how to overcome their weaknesses. So because I'm dealing with a hand full of ignorant snobs that don't understand this game, I'll offer this challenge. Get a 9x wiz on LC that can kill my 89 sin 1v1. ok really guys this turning into a war weather sins are op or not doesnt matter u have to try to beat them when they attack you end of the conversation as far as beatin a sin ur lvl is concerned u cant untill ur atleast 95+ and have good gear and i mean good gear then the reall skills of a wizzy start to come out alsoo if ur worried the sin will stealth and run away then try to make stratagies to kill them in stealth here are 2 for all you wizies
1. use emberstorm, the stealth sin will stay near u an try to make sure u let ur gaurd down so that he can kill u ,soo with emberstorm thers a chance u might hit the stealth sin if hes near u
2. target a nerby mobs as soon as the sin goes stealth to prevent himself from getting killed and unlesh the fury of dragons breath if hes in 10 to 12 meter radius of u hes dead
NOW i dunno about u guys but till i get good gear and my wiz reaches 99 im gona be using the alimghty technique FOW then SUTRA than TOWN PORTAL this 2 if im not stunned or bleeding in my sleep

SINS/ROGUES/THIEFS ARE MEANT TO BE A PVP CLASS!!!
Yes they are meant to be PVP-oriented that's why instead of heavy armor/robes,they have light armor and their daggers have crappy damage in comparison with other weapons!
Any monkey with a brain and some assasin knowledge KNOWS that sins are for PVP!
FACE THE TRUTH OR UNINSTALL!

Thiefs and assasins in MMO's are pretty much same thing [if you played games like Dragonica you know what I mean]!
The only difference in thiefs and assasins is the NAME!

I am going to guess here that you have some kind of reading comprehension problems. Either that or you just do not care to be representing your comprehension accurately?
Meanwhile, I am not going to bother investing my time on LC. I made that decision a long time ago, and I do not have the time nor energy to be catching up there. (I will agree that I could learn a lot from LC, but that does not matter enough to me.)0 -

^ this is the reason why they need to be balanced. The only reason I haven't rerolled one is because im almost positive they will be nerfed again, they have far too many survival skills combined with control and damage output. No one class should have all these techniques.
If sins arent nerfed again pvp will eventually be only +8 or higher gear people and sins.0 -

To beat something broken, you need break yourself more than that broken thing. The only way to get just as broken with a different class is to Cash Shop or go no-life mode, and I mean really no life mode.(\__/)

reminds me of when wizzies were completely on top and everyone wanted to be a wizzie (even you) best dmg ingame etc, but now another class has taken your place and made you in other terms 1 vs 1 pvp obsolete, and you just can't quit crying over the fact that you guys can't beat 1 class, Q.Q. Get a good 500 some mag endgame wizzie critting sage bids on a pure str (noob) barb and you got a barb dead, but when the fish arrives you all go wild and start throwing hissy fits. My god. If you can't beat em, join em. And if you can beat them, like a few brave osuls said on here, then more power to you, just shows these idiots there is a way, (and a skill lvl far surpassing theirs) to beat "THE BROKEN CLASS!"

The path I chose is this, terrorizing anyone my daggers touch, sacrificing a pitiful bit of defense for amazingly high hits and crits, watching as everyone I come across hits the floor before they can react to my devastating hits, seeing them vanish in despair knowing they just got nuked. b:cool Yeah if this is wrong I don't want to be right. This is my build and the way I chose, if you don't like it, well gf to you. b:cool

The real problem here is that we are no longer on top of the food chain, and PWI is laughing all the way to the bank with everyone cash shopping to beat them.
Sins Kinda takes advantage of an entire generation who's parents never told them "NO" and grew up without getting their feelings hurt, THEY create the "i barely lose class" and everyone in other classes spends because their feelings have been hurt (boo hoo). Freaking brilliant i wish my business could take advantage of that marketing model.
The best part is i bet that every time a new thread like this pops up you would see a temporary rise in cash shopping "just that one more item, and these tactics i read"0 -

You can beat them, if they are dumb. or if you have apothecary items and you have a fast reaction.

I think the best response to assassins is to go blue name on a pve server. You can still do pve stuff on your pvp characters but if you are not going to have friends to squad with to be discouraging assassins the best you can often hope for is to escape with your life, and after a while that gets old.0
