i would say u should try to get hh90 armor the rest should be fine till u hit lvl99

this is my current state atm, and it works quite fine so far, i'll refine my weapon a little more in the next few days but it already does alot dmg like this ^^

this is what i guess it will be first when i reach lvl100(still working on the ornaments, cape, tome and farming the uncannies for the pants, while the ornaments and cape are alomst done)

but thats a long way to go -.- unless anyone wants to sell me raptures and Up and Down tome for rly cheap b:laugh

i might also go a little squishier and add some Diamonds of Tiger instead of hp shards, -.- too bad they aren't in the calculator -.-

@ the OP maybe you could replace those boots sure they are nice and all but they are over 30 levels old already and those ad ons are ok but yeah not something you cant find on good 3* boots either but you could easily wait til TT90 green boots thats pretty much the only thing i can say about it
