Fashin Glitch?!

i recently purchased the lovebird dress for my psychic and the WHOLE dress is one colour. theres none of the white overlaying parts OR the sparkles. the whole dress is completely yellow-ish green in colour (which btw, looks hideous) . help plz? b:sad
