Not sure about if this is a bug or what?

I have been playing online here for a few months or so, and have just recently been being booted alot with a "reportbugs" window coming up, ok so I used it, the first few weeks, but now it is getting annoying, I cannot play for more than a few mins before being booted again.
How are we not to know, if this is a bug or not? seems to me that the bug reporting, window is a bug...b:angry not at all sure if the game should get any of my rl money.
