If you want a mod or GM to respond to you directly, you need to send in a ticket. If you send in a ticket it does not necessarily go to technical support, only technical support issues go to technical support. If you have gameplay issues, it goes to a GM. If you have payment issues it goes to billing. Is that too adult a puzzle for you to understand?

The forum is NOT here for GMs/Mods to give you direct individual answers to your direct questions. Understand?

Im pretty sure this is incorrect, I remember reading somewhere (from a GM/Mod) that only tech support read the tickets and rely information if needed otherwise they do not see it.

If you have proof otherwise then correct me.

Secondly if you are replying to Paramedics English then you can read it. This isnt an English class room and not everyones first language is English, be respectful.

Have you even submitted a ticket before? For the tickets I've sent in regarding billing issues, the billing department was directly communicating with me. For gameplay issues, GMs were directly corresponding with me. I've never had to submit a ticket for technical support, but I'm sure if I sent one in, neither the billing dept or GM staff would be discussing that with me.

Really now? The last few pages of this thread has "mostly" been you and this other guy going back and forth, dissing eachother when possible. Seeing as how the OP has mainly been answered here in this situation, there is no need to continue pointlessly going after eachother. All it shows is how the both of you are unable to act civil on a online message board.

Reality: This is a open forum for discussion. GMs and Mods do not answer individual concerns. That's what the ticketing system is for.

I guess it's my fault trying to explain this to someone over and over who can't grasp the reality of the situation.

Why's everyone always telling people to stop argueing because its childish? If theirs no life threatening topic at hand (unlike US government and BP) there seems to be no point in not letting people rage on. If you don't like it and complain well that kinda sounds like a personal problem, and sounds like QQ. Which is starting a whole other issue all together, in which they're going to argue with you. Its like a circle of rage, let it fizz and it'll die away by itself, saying somethings only going to make it worse.

first sign of a game being dumped starts in the forums, if the gm treasure their players, they would have to do things in the forums.

I'm sure the GMs/developers are keeping an eye for the bigger picture.

As mentioned several times by other people, this game is from China. Constraint no.1.

This is a international game, so that already tell us there are over millions of people that can associate themselves to not just this game but other mmos. No one can please everyone, and no one can make everyone happy because we are all different individuals. I might like this alot, but someone else hates it. So who do they attend to? Personally I think they will make their decisions based on the number of positive and negative consequences, as well as their abilities, and the over all response. If the response to say a certain change pleased 80% of the population, the other 20% will still complain. There will never be a 100%.

Creating the game and maintaining it is already very very hard, being able to attend to our problems is not that bad at the moment. We should all be considerate and think deeper before complaining about things, or make use of the search engine here or even google for questions; we should think about how to minus the number of problems we give to the gm/developers, not increase.

I'm sure they are not ignoring us, just imagine yourself being in their shoes.

guy in first post his concerns about how bad is line of communication between pwi and community, and that community may feel like nobody cares.

community manager write few posts later that gms do care, but just dont write back on topics much and -if im getting it right- maybe they should do it more often, so community wouldnt feel ignored.

i wrote that gms cant write much because those topics mostly, arent very comfortable for pwe.

if community ask: 'what with jones blessings? they ruin game balance. how long will they last?'

i somehow cannot imagine CM answering: 'well, management think that those blessing bring much benefit for our company, so we wont remove them till interest wont be smaller, so we need like -random number- 100k 'clicks' on page more. Thank you for your patience.

There's not much I can add that hasn't already been said, but I'll toss it out here as food for thought.

The main reason I quit playing was, and still is, MANAGEMENT.

GMs I have varying amounts of sympathy and respect for. Devs I have virtually no respect for, but mostly because they're not even in our country, and don't give two fewmets about us. If you want to glare hatefully at anyone, it ought to be the higher-ups in PWE corporate making boneheaded decisions, blatant cash-grabs, and taking a very large **** all over their namesake franchise. (Pack after pack after pack, tideborn up to our ears, the worst excuse for a game website I've ever seen in my life, and Zippo shops to name a few.)

-Anyone remember the hair issue when Tideborn were rolled out? It would have been a very simple matter to include the changed hairstyles as additional options - after waiting how many months to find out those hairs were wrong all along, I might add. Instead, we were tossed makeover scrolls and a couple weeks later started having boutique hairstyles dangled around to distract us.
-Two threads, several tickets, and almost unanimous support from the community, and yet the god-awful website layout remains. PWE is still allowing a third party (Gizmodo) to post whatever news blurbs they like on PWE's websites, with no moderation whatsoever. (The **** Detection Stick comes readily to mind). I pray for the day when Gizmodo runs a story on how F2P MMOs are bad for you. Or better yet, how [Other F2P MMO] is set to revolutionize the industry. The flash ads are just chocolate sprinkles on the dung heap.

...There's only so many blatant "F--- You"s anyone can take. Sorry, I've had my fill.
