Switching characters problem

Hey! So today I logged onto pwi and tried to play my cleric but when I clicked on it pwi closed and this Report Bugs Alert window popped up. I have no clue why this happened because it never happened before! I can play my venomancer, wizard, and assasin just not my cleric.
The report looks something like this but there are different log files

My clerics name is Remika and she is level 25 (if u need that info) I'm on the lost city server

    I got on my laptop this morning (I was far too tired to shut it down properly and just closed the lid last night, probably with PWI still running?) and was greeted with that program this morning. I'm still looking for information on it, I'm not sure if it's normal or not but I'm running a deep virus scan now to see if anything is detected. If you find anything let me know, its making me a bit nervous.

    I've found nothing but what I did get was when I logged in and tried my cleric it went all the way through to Entering Perfect world then it just froze.

    Try running verify on the patcher. I have encountered issues similar to yours and that fixed it.

    Thanks alot! I think its fixed now though cuz it went all the way through without closing, but ill make sure to use ur advice if it starts acting up in the future! ^_^

    I have the same issue, except I have verified all my files.
    I can't play with any of my characters on any server. It's on this issue on my laptop and it's very frustrating.
