Where The Hell This Game Is Going Now?

Ok, alot of friends has stopped playing this game because this game is made for only cash shoppers imo.
The drops from mobs was alot higher long time ago, and there are still alot of buggs that arent finnished.
Players that doesnt cash shop doesnt get any benefit at all, and now some people will probably say "well we got the x2 event and nien beast, you should be happy that the they gave us atleast that!" NO **** THAT , they should be happy that we are even playing this game.
We're the ones who are supposed to control this game ffs.

Copy and paste this link. This game made 300 million dollars, and imagine how much money they got from their other games, they make so much money but i havent noticed any hard work on this game to make this game better.
how i see it now is that they are trying to make as much sales as possible to get more money and just dump this game.
Why not try to make this game abit better? and why should there only be cash shops event every week?
if they atleast decreased the cost of the charms and decreased some of their **** prices they have for Dragon Orbs, and every other **** that is for sale, they would probably make more money.
if they decided to take this game to a new level and keep their players so they can keep making money, start fixing better expansions instead of getting a new expansion with whole lot of buggs.
There are alot of people who wants this game to last atleast 3-4 years, but the way im seeing it, it wont even last for 1 year. Specially if something new doesnt come. And there should really be some price changes, this game really is expensive.
A Idea to make this game survive maybe is a new expansion that when u make it to a certain goal, you go to a new world a whole new map and start playing there or something like that. cause people can already make it to level 100 to easily and after 100 its pretty much end game, well not exactly end game. It depends if people are **** enough to spend their time in nirvana and waste their time for something that takes way to much time.
Time is something important that u will never get, and im sure as hell not gonna waste that much time in this game if things arent going to change, its seriously to expensive.
OPS kinda messed up the thread name, lmao

Who knows....the game is so broken past 100, everything is rushed, no fun is left.
I only play and log for friends.....without them, I would be long gone already.
As for bug fixes, content, and such, it will most likely never happen at this rate...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

yepp, the reason im playing is for friends as well, and just TW.
alot of friends quit game cause they needed huge amount of tokens for some things , and other stuff.
they didnt want to waste that much time of getting them when they could pay 10bucks a month and get a decent game instead of wasting that much time.
I really want this game to survive but the devs has to something good instead of only focusing on new games, this is the game they should be focusing on because this game is the most succesful game they've made.0 -
same, friends. i have a level 92 mage and 82 barbarian on PW-MY. i'm so well established there, that i don't need to buy gold or cubi (zen). but here, i'm struggling to just get gold. which is why i suggested a daily that gives people gold coins to spend on skills or whatever needed. these games are free to play, but pay to win. anf if you don't have mommy and daddy's credit card, your called a noobDark for fear of failure

honestly ,and i'll probably get banned for this, but so what. some private servers have a high gold drop rate, as well as exp and sp. some have a slow, but faster then this server for leveling rate. others you either start at level 100 or can get there very quickly, with a level cap of 150. i suggest if you like the game, and can't afford to buy zen or gold, then look for those servers and play them. you get stuff for paying, but its more of a donation to keep the game running. and there not things that you can't get without paying. you just get them easier and quicker. maybe some things you can't get otherwise may be a fast flight or mount. but everything that is in the cash shop is available at npc's for a reasonable price, as well as molds and matsDark for fear of failure

The private servers also has less people, moar QQ, generally shorter lifespan in general, sometimes extra bugs, etc.darthpanda16: Firefox crashed on me. Aryannamage: I don't think I am a GM that would be new.

Me hasn't played any private servers for PW but me has played private servers for other games in the past. (and me tried quite a lot.)
They all be basically the same. (Sort of like servers with mods in CS, sure a bit fun but in the long run the original be better generally.)darthpanda16: Firefox crashed on me. Aryannamage: I don't think I am a GM that would be new.

Is this one of those troll threads? You contradict yourself a lot... You want new content, but you rage that developers add new elements rather that perfect the old... You want things handed to you, but rage at the ease a few others acquire them. You rage at cash shopper entitlement, but insist you make the game what it is... You declare PWE makes tons of money, and somehow come to the conclusion that your opposite "market strategy" will make PWE tons of money.
Its poorly thought out, honestly. I don't know exactly what you're hoping to achieve.
I will say that I hope that PW-Beijing will redouble its efforts to expand PW after the release of its newest games.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

yeah, some private servers have problems. but the problems just aren't the game. its the people. whether their players or gm's. their all immature, and nerd rage way too much. but as far as pw private servers. the four i've played on, i've only had one glitch happen. but was easily fixed, and wasn't really that much of a bother anyways. it hindered me from getting cubi from exchanging online time. no biggy to me. and 3 of the four servers have been around for at least 2 yearsDark for fear of failure

Me know that the game in general in private server be okie. (by this me mean they tend to keep the game intact) But the lack of a...."filter" for immature people that exists in the original game (generally leveling up yourself, etc) as well as the fact that private servers generally has low populations of people to begin with, makes them unappealing to me.

BAHAHAHA. PW-MY is already kinda like that. i'm level 40 on my cleric, and have 700K to freely spend. not from daily quest, but from selling mats and mob drops. but yet i still see new players everydayDark for fear of failure

Well, the devs made the worst mistake from the beginning. Sure a lot of people would flame me over gold trading. Ever since gold trading was implemented people are buying optional items in boutique with ingame coins. Which is obviously bad for business. gold trading does have good sides. But if you have gold prices low, its bad for cash shoppers and the company. If high, downfall for the free players, its like the flip side of the coin. But they nerfed grinding and nerfed difficulty of the game and give pampering things to people. There is no such thing as achieve for things anymore. You either have to spend 24/7 or lots of money just for some crafting materials. Now I do not believe DQ and 3* nerf was reasonable, its about weeding out every gold farmer in the first place, its not fair to the ones who get their DQs and 3*. I just think the 3* nerf meant for only marriage quests. Crafting mats, and equipment in cash shop, it makes absolutely no sense.
I can understand why the devs actually nerfed pve, just to make money. They should of done it the right way in the first place.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Yet another person who doesn't understand the very basics. I will try to keep this as short and simple as possible, not only to prevent you from being confused, but because I get tired of repeating myself over and over about this.
There are three kinds of online gaming companies. The first is the kind which you just buy the game and then get unlimited access to all of its contents. Games like this would include Left 4 Dead, F.E.A.R., Halo, etc. (All for PC), and a lot of other FPS games. In these games, the company often will fix glitches for the player base, provide some servers and customer support because they made the money they intended on the original sales
The second kind is the F2P game with a item mall, or as we call it here, a Cash Shop. I won't mention any others as most of these are RPG's and competitors with PWI. These companies are all about the business aspect of running a company and often do what it takes to maximize profits. Therefore, they make the game optional to pay, but people who pay get benefits because they are supporting the company.
The third kind (which I will not mention any games from, you can guess quite a few) is the P2P game. These companies are all about the game itself and the customer service, as well as money. They are being paid by everyone playing the game, so they take the considerations of the player base as a whole because they all support the game.
Now, there are always exceptions to these and variations, but this is the general idea of most of them. As such, PWI is the second kind. Now, you (non cash shoppers) are expecting them to take your opinions into consideration and then threaten to leave the game. So what is their incentive to listen? That you just might later in the future charge 10$ for something? This company is going to base what it does on how much money it can earn, and what can be considered a sure thing. Why do they keep packs in the CS? Because it is a sure money maker. They know they will make money from these. However, those of you who don't pay anything at all, they will continue to get more of, so why should they listen to you?
If all of their major cash shoppers were to complain about something and threaten to leave, that would change things vastly, as they would be threatened with a loss of income on a dramatic scale. That is what this business is all about, profits.
How about taking this to an in game example? If you have a cat shop set up and are merchanting, are you going to lower your prices because a few people come by and say "hey, it's too expensive" when you just sold 400 tokens in the hour you were away? No, because the few people who aren't going to buy them anyways don't matter. Now, if you were to get those same messages and only sold 5 tokens the entire night, you just might take it into consideration because not only are you getting negative feedback on your prices, but you are also not getting the profits you want.
So, if you want a game that will listen to you and take your opinions into consideration, play a P2P. If you want a game that is free, then don't complain when you don't keep the game running. If you do keep the game running by buying items with real money, don't complain if they don't listen because they are still making the profits they want. If they see a significant drop in profits, they will start listening, so either find a way to do that, or stop complaining about the game you are playing for free.
And before you even say it, no, I don't spend any money on this game at all. I never have, and more than likely won't ever, so don't try to say I don't have it as hard. Trust me, I have it as hard as any other non cash shopper, if not more because of my horrible money making abilities.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
Didn't get the rest of it, but apparently I am the "destroyer of sin haters" as well.0 -
Talking about private servers puts this thread into violation territory..
To respond to the original poster, though, I will state that mob drop rate has never been altered, that there are many parts of the game that required much hard work to implement, and that there is certainly a lot of new content even now being developed as we speak.0
