TW bidding by sister faction

Is it allowed/bannable if a sister faction with a certain amount of chars from another relevant TW faction is also bidding on the same enemy faction. It is clear that bid blocking isn't allowed but is it allowed to bid against another faction by two factions that are partly played by the same players (same accounts)?

    mmmm... you cant always tell if the faction is a real sister faction or not.

    Kinda like saying that Eminence cant do TW's because they are a sister faction of Nefarious. Yet Eminence has taken land before because they at one point have. I do not know their current shape so I can't comment on their ability today.

    But... really PWEntertainment could do something like only level 3 factions with an 80 members count, all of level to enter a battlefield, can make bids. That would stop the level 1 factions with only a few characters the ability to fake bid.
