How do I get rid of genie?

i have a genie & i want 2 get rid of it. i hve no use 4 it

    Decompose it at the Watcher of the Earth. You get exp cubes that you can sell or use on other future genies

    How much of the exp gets lost when you do that?
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng
