Bugged magicsense Shoes

I got other shoes in my char that give Magic +1 and magicssensse shoes that give magic+1 too.But when i change it with other one, i get drop magic to 17, any help ?

    Look out for any other stat boosting bonuses. If you don't already meet the equipment requirements the effects will not work.
