Hi Need help with website dedicated to PWE Games

I am making a web site dedicated to PWE games. I play them and love them.
I do hope I posted this is the right area.
but, I need help with a Banner and the sides basically a template but, the hosting company don't allow templates. So I would it need it to be like something like I can upload.


Kinda like a normal web site but in parts its hard to explain lol if you can help me and have questions please PM me :)
