Clothes for pets

I think it would be fun to see veno's hercs with different shirts, with shoes, hats, bling. Actually, it would be great to see different types of accessories for pets.

    only way i would like to see this sort of gimmick in the game is if the pet clothes gave additional stats e.g extra hp on a shirt or extra attack on gloves/boots.. and before folks start QQing that legendary pets are already overpowered.. wait till you get to endgame.. folk laugh off nix attacks. You can refine your cash shop bought (ie pack gift) weapons to godly levels, why not be able to refine your pet or customise it with attack charms etc.

    I'm not gonna QQ about the legendary pets, as I don't pvp anymore. However if this were implemented and the clothes had any stat boosts whatsoever, you can expect lots of QQ about it on these forums.

    No seriously, if I were to see an ice gorilla with gangsta clothes, I could not focus on grinding, or make a screenshot, look at it and laugh my heart out when I would be sad and depressed.

    Why not custom skins for aerogears, or heart stickers to put on your mount while you are at it? b:laugh

    Because you're a veno with an additional pet sidekick. That you choose to prioritize your pet, as your primary weapon says a lot about your playstyle and that of many venos, but is not required to play the class.

    actually it is your primary weapon, until later levels.. and of course i prioritize it, max its skills when i ican..it is your shield and agro holder.. so you can DD from a distance. what i was saying is if they did add something as dumb as clothes for pets, they should give extra stats. that is all. i know it aint ever gonna happen so why not have fun with it. it's a game.

    and re your attack on veno's generalise much?

    i max my armour (full tt90 atm) when i can afford it and my weapon (went requiem for cost) .. got my lunar waiting in the bank ready..

    no raging required when you can state facts. and u can ask around DW. I know how to play standup & fox veno and do both all the time tanking fc, tanking while cleric raises barb or bm who just died, dd - amp - dd etc. nuff said.

    oh i forgot tanking guarnob (thats me not my pet who folds like wet paper) .. so yeah i am a fail veno lol.

    ok, now for a real post. it would be cool to give them equipment. just because it would mean that certain pets wouldn't automatically make you a noob or a pro. "oh you have a phoenix, well i'm not gonna mess with you with my bee." it would be more like, "oh you have a phoenix, well my pets has all 3 star armor, lets see how well your phoenix survives." would also give an edge to people who can't buy zen or plumes or source of force, and give them an opportunity to have a decent pet to help with various tasks.

    I find the game a tad to gimmicky already. Pet balance would be ruined. Weak pets become strong, and strong become OP... and those not able to get those accessories are disadvantaged yet again.

    um srry but i think thats stupid an dum why would you want your pets to have cloths b:puzzled an why would some one want cloths on there pets its totaly weird srry but thats my oppinion b:surrender

    not to mention the amount of bandwidth that would be needed to account for all the varying looks. Archosaur is laggy enough. i don't need to try to download the various data needed for customized looking pets. and to counter that problem, you would get rid of customized looks from other players, so would defeat the purpose of it entirely. cause you know everyones gonna take their pets to archosaur west to show em off

    i can see this on a herc just it wouldn't fit in well on other pets... at most i can see for some would be recoloring.

    and not so on topic... sotn is awesome.

    I already lag of all things an stuff on my computur i dont need more lag cause dressing a pet up just makes my computur lagg more cause it freaks out an stuff i cant hadle much more freak outs from my computur shesh just my opinion O.o
