Pop-up Error Message With Symbols

Okay.. so this hasn't happened before, this is my first time trying to play PWI on this computer since the last update. It updated, now when I hit Start, it looks like it's starting, then it closes and I get this:

I've tried disabling the firewall, didn't work. Help would be appreciated! Thanks!

EDIT: I verified and it's fixed. Thanks for all the help guys. Lol jk. ^^
