Charactes in the PWI System

Hello, There seem to be two "DumbIedore"s inside the pwi system. This has been causing me problems. For example, my avatar says that I am a lvl 99 Archer when in fact I am a lvl 99 Wizard.

It also has created another problem when I am attempting to get my Jone's Blessing Box. I first choose my server, Sanctuary, then there are two DumbIedore's to choose from. Either of them give me the same message - "Could not send item. Please try again later.
" I have a feeling that the system is getting confused between the two because they are exaclty the same. May someone please help me out? Possibly delete the second DumbIedore from the system.

#2, I would like to have my correct Avatar Displayed.

    Have you ever made an archer called DumbIedore and deleted it?

    I have made an archer named INVALID and deleted it. I also have made a wizard DumbIedore and deleted it. This is my second DumbIedore. I currently only play on sanctuary and have 3 characters. DumbIedore, Defendore and SworDoFate

    Yeah, definite weirdness, I checked your account. Please send in a ticket to CS and tell them to look at the characters.

    Be sure to let them know which one you want to keep, and all of that info.

    Do NOT share anything else on the forums.
