Fist barb ?

Hello everyone , today on lost city i have seen one barb with the fists "Deicide" getting chi at west gate.
And i was wondering "why ?" and "how?" b:question

Does fist barb better at pvp than axe barb ? or is this as common as fist/axe bm ?
Does he follow ame build as fist bm ? I tough it wa trange but he was hitting really quick on this guard.

    Fist Barbs are uncommonly found now. Its not a build you should do unless you cash shop or merch really well.

    You need a lot of Dex for such a build, but your HP will be low and fail for a Barb. For the vit loss, you need vit stones to make it up, or refines. Either way, its a heavy cost.

    But its a good build.....if you are smart and rich....
