weird problem

So sine the new patch that made it to where you can only activate 10 times a day. Every day i have logged back on to having only 2-5 activations left. Usually when i relog it goes back to 10 liek its supposed to but today it was not i had three acivation left and i did them all then relogged to reset them like normal and i had none so explain what i am doing wrong to why i am not getting 10 activations per a day ty
