Dumb Question

I'm in game and i accidently closed my bar at the bottom showing what attacks are on a shortkey, I am new to the game and I don't know how to make it re-appear can anyone help

    I don't believe it is closable; you probably only moved it.

    lol check the right side of your screen it could be overlapping the other bar ive accidentally done it a bunch of times b:cry
