Where's the rain?

I don't think many people noticed but when going in certain areas you can hear the rain but you can't see the rain drops.It used to work long time ago but now it just dissapeared.Let's take the beach around Angler's Village for example or Sumor Camp.This issue isn't very important but it kind of gave PW the beauty so it would be nice if this was fixed :).

    The ambience seems has gotten misaligned ever since the rising tide expansion. I doubt it's deliberate but it might still be a while before it gets fixed, if it ever does....it doesn't cause any problems other than visual inaccuracies though.
