Character customization

Whenever i try to customize my character it tell me "customization transfer error" then all icons disappears and the client freezes up two days haven't passed since ive made the character so i don't know why im getting this error any suggestions as to how i can fix this?

    Just out of curiosity, is your perfect world game folder writeable? for example, if you try to create a file inside ../Perfect World Entertainment/Perfect World International/element, do you get any errors.

    The only reason I can think of is you do not have write permissions to the perfect world game directory.

    If you can provide information on your system (i.e. what Operating System you are running) it might help. Also, the user you login to the system as, does it have sufficient privileges ...

    Downloading and re-installing Perfect World is always an option

    ok i dont get an error when i try to make a folder in PWI folder, and my operating system is windows 7 ultimate. and i stilll get the error "character data transfer error.

    Have you tried a verify of the gamefiles from the launcher?

    Can you please post a screenshot of everything that is going on when you get that error?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
