lvl 7 Sacred Beast quest - rhino not dropping meat?

Well I get meat occasionally but not the quest stuff, am I going for the right animal? have also tried a couple others in the area.... i already collected the flowers, was that wrong? so confused... any help is immensely appreciated :)
