Reverting a herc or nix?

So i had no clue were to put this but i have a question if anyone knows.


What happens when u revert a herc or a nix?
Has anyone ever tried? i mean does it say it can't or will it work?

i looked all over for an answer and couldn't find one, it lets u put it in the revert pet slot and says 250k to revert but i was too scared to hit revert and have it disappear or something.

    It simply reverts back into an egg. I've done it before once to rearrange my pet bag. Moved my phoenix around.

    The egg is still not tradable of course.

    The egg is tradeable to an alt on the same account through the account stash. At 250k to egg it, though, it isn't something to be done casually.
