    Please send in a ticket to Customer Support fully explaining your issue.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    my problem it's--->i have stop game pw 1 year and when i'm back for play this last week end all character's have no stuff, no mount, no flying mount, no money, no mats all is disapered b:shocked i have all my char's but 0 equipment , 0 all, my char banker have many mats TT and weapons TT all is disapered :( maybe hacker ???? and second problem too--> i can't charge zen with paypal -->can't select for charge ...
    1 GM have write a reply with private message but he have explain go ticket service , but i'm sorry i don't know what is ticket service for my problem..
    sorry for all my langage too my english is bad :s for explain and understand what is and where is ticket service :s am french and my hum hum english is really slow

    ya ur english is bad and more than likely u were **** or something, just be glad they didnt delete ur characters, next time make ur password more decisive and less likely to be guessed
