chanelling problems

alright i got 58% channel on my noob veno and lets say i heal pet..first heal goes well...second heal start cast...he cast to 99% then fails!!!! and same happens if i use venomous scarab..first hit works then second hit fail after cast 99%of it... i payed a lot of cashhh to reach such high channel in order to see is not working...so..what is going on?b:sad

I would open a ticket, I think spells are supposed to not start when you can not do them.
