skill bar changing ...

i accidentally changed my skill bar to another list.. i dunno how to change it back lol. its for the F keys, i presed like every button my my keyboard but still hasnt changed it back. the little bubbles on the skill bar are filled in ... anyone know how to get it back? XD i know the ~ key is for the 1-9 keys but i dunno what key it is for the F keys.

    V is for the F keys bar.

    You can scroll through your hotkey slots by pressing V for F keys and the "~" key for number keys. By pressing those, you'll scroll through only the hotkey bars that have the little dot filled in. If you don't want to scroll through them, you can just unclick the dots to turn off their respective bars.
