What's the usual responding time for an email reguarding a ban?

    well things are a bit busy with everyone and their mother probably raising tickets to qq about various patch issues..afaik they don't respond to emails - you need to raise a ticket using the account that was banned.

    either way.. the first rule of pwi is they won't talk about bans on the forum.. the second rule.. i guess you can see where this is going..

    You can reply to your ticket, or send it again. If it was a temp ban, wait out the time.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
