Please help us research this issue! b:victory We have acknowledged it, and would like you guys to help us out, because we are having trouble trying to repro it here in the office.
UPDATE: We really need more people to post their screenshots and dxdiags here, so that we can send them off to the developers! 2 does not help. 20 does.
Please post a screenshot of your character showing the issue.
Tell u some about your computer by posting some of your dxdiag here.
1) What is the make and model number of your computer?
2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.
3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.
4) Copy and paste the top half of your dxdiag into your forum post (that means 50% of the text). If you have Vista, please take out the (TM) (the trademark symbol) out of the text file, as the forums will cut it off and won't display the rest of the text.
If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file. This is important so that we can help you find the right software for your system.

Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

okies, me don't exactly has the best color vision but the face color looks the same as the body.
o.o'
okie me just ran a quick test using some primitive software and the color scheme be the same.
this picture = not a white glitch on face issue to begin with. (but ya there be hints of pink near the nose area and cheeks but there also be hints of pink on the body so the color scheme matches.)

It just doesn't look the same to me. I thought at first it looked whiteish and wasnt sure if that was the glitch this thread was about but =/ It is something I would like to fix. I went into the character creator and brought up the preset I saved for this char and moved the color around and the face remained lighter no matter where the cursor was on the pallet. I'd just like it to look the same, because it did before.0 -
Would a makeover scroll fix the white streaks, or would they still be there...?0

not sure if this is the right place for this but my sin has like white spray paint on its face o.O i never tried to modify the skin color on my sin.. this happened to my sin after last weeks maintenance.. i also noticed that not all other TB chars had it only female TB but only some =\ is it just me or is this a bug?0

My cute little face is totaly ruined... b:cry Plz fix this... I have the default skin color (cause my face wouldn't change if I changed the body) and therefore never had problems with it... But past weeks it's just horrible... Like ugly war scars... Unfortunatly I don't know my way in the Diag thingy and I'm carefull with my pc so I'm not going to mess with it... But I think the ppl who have this problem are the same as the ppl that couldn't change their face color before... Also this happens only to some of the female presets... Others work just fine and haven't seen this problem on males yet...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

No, it doesn't only happen to the presets without markings, Mine has markings all over and it happened to her.

UPDATE: We really need more people to post their screenshots and dxdiags here, so that we can send them off to the developers! 2 or 3 does not help, 20 does.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

This pic shows it a bit better I think (glow in the dark scars XD)... Still haven't realy dared to mess with the Diag (also explaining doesn't help much cause of the language diffirence) system but I got some basic info if it can be of any help...
Pentium Dual-Core 2.50GHz
Windows XP professional
2040 MB RAM memory
DirectX 9.0c
And I believe I use an on-board graphics card or something... I know it's from Intel and it has 224 MB memory but that's all too it... Although it's standard it's a pretty good pc that never gave me any problems (I run a lot of heavy programs on it sometimes too without lags or problems) only this game is starting to give me some problems lately... Hope it helped a bit... b:embarrass[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Please post your dxdiag, Windows still shows most everything in English, as that is what it was developed in.
