Cant log in

ok so game updated with no problem,all was good till i tried to log in.b:surrender
everytime i try to log i get a report bug >_< a lil help here please?

    report bugs are issues on your end, the computer can't process the data that's being sent from the server, if your char is in a high-traffic area this tends to happen.

    Possible Solutions:

    - Turn down the "Distance" option.
    - Turn down "effects".
    - Use "Proxy Visuals"".

    As for what to do right now, have nothing but the game running and if that doesn't solve it, try to use someone else's computer to log in? One with better specs of course.

    pff it doesnt work, and as using "proxy visuals" i cant,i need to log in for that.i get the report bug before i get into the game >.<

    Heppens to often to me when playing using Wine on Ubuntu.

    Not that often since they fixed the sound drivers problems. But still.

    So it's something in game that can be handled by certain configuration on your computer, maybe.

    I had a problem similar to this, and the response was to hold down the "W" key while I see the loading screen. (this is after character selection but before you are in the game.) There was some problem with my location that was causing the game to crash, and holding the W key, moved my character out of that locations while the client was still generating the viewing screen.

    Try that, all else fails, open a ticket. works better than posting here.
