Remove Paralisis; what is a paralisis?, only when you cant move or either when you cant attack or cast?

Weakness: reduces the target's attack speed by X% for Y seconds.
The attack speed include the time of channeling and casting of wizards or only works in melee characters?
And what does mean reduces the target's attack speed by X%, when X is more than 100.

Expel: Expels a ally from the physical world. Silences the target but grants immunity to physical damage for 4.5 seconds. For non-hostile units.
I am not sure who gets the immunity; anyone knows?

Someone have an idea of how many hp I could be saving using Cuterize or Blood Clot?

    you target someone and cast the genie skill. he gets physical immunity and cannot attack

    depends on what caused the bleed i guess
