Refined Archers

I was really just wandering if a well-refined archer was any good in end-game pvp, or if you might as well just refine the gear on another class instead.

They *can* be good in certain situations, but in the end its still a gimped class. Going with Wiz, or psy with high refines would just be an all around better choice
