Best class to cap the 100% no channel would be sage cleric (using Shell as a channel amp putting them to 97% channel lol, which is spammable) demon cleric for the speed up to 103%, demon wizard would be a long shot but worth it. Sage Psychic would have slower rate becouse no channel -10% on wep, but i heard white vodoo is -3% channel.

I have seen a -12%ch belt and a -9%ch necklace (2x). I'm sure they exist.

yea ive seen a 12% neck too, double 6%. but there extremly rare, i was going by an everage of 6% 3% which are still rare, but around so there proberly buyable., ive seen a 6% 3% ring too and crit +2% crit +2% one.

as for triple 6% or 6, 6, 3, ive never seen one ever.

My question is do we know that demon spark adds a straight -25% channel or does it only take -25% channel after equipment is taken into acount?

So would it be 77% + 25% = 103% -channel
or
77% + (.25 x 23 = 5.75) = 82.75 (83%) -channel?

I'm not sure about my math on the second part but you get what i'm trying to say xD.

You realize that with max -interval equipment possible, an archer can really get about 1.5 attacks per second demon sparked with a ranged weapon right? So that is about 2x attack speed as well.

So no, I wouldn't feel sorry for a 0chan wiz with 1s - 2s cast times on their nukes, since magic classes have higher hitting skills and their base damage adheres to a better formula than physical classes.

I think the only reason no one QQ's about -%channeling is because getting all the -%channeling gear to be that scary is really, really, really hard to get.

Although if someone gets it, I have no doubt that there will be people demanding that it be capped.

or more likely because as far as I'm aware nothing reduces cast time.

What you see on the -138% channel video is what happens if you reach -99% channeling. The game is broken, so your skills literally lose cast time, and they cast instantly. This is at least what happened with old version clients - fake servers have old client versions. I tested this on a fake server also: -73% channel + demon spark = most of the skills cast instantly on a wiz (as far as I noticed, skills with less than 2 second channeling).

Now I wonder if it works the same with the current client versions?

I should also add, that even on a private server with unlimited amount of materials in cash shop, it took me a very, VERY long time to get -73%, even with -channel stones giving -6 rather than -3 there. I probably made around 2000-2500 necklaces before getting one with -9 channel.

Ring, not belts and necklaces. I've already seen plenty of -channel adds on belts and necklaces, but I have yet to see a ring with more than one line of -6%

its not that hard really >> just get the TT99s and normal 6% ornaments that are very frequently auctioned, lv60 rank body, channeling hat thats not rare also, and some common channeling weapons.

No, channeling is not that rare, but items with -12% channeling or more are very rare. Passing -50% channeling takes quite a bit of effort. It's probably still cheaper to get >-50% chan than getting 5aps as a BM.

Recast Nirvana Arcane pants have -3%.

Also, TigerLily already listed the gold wrist + boots combination, as "2 pieces of HH99 arcane".

Though there is another 3% available if you go to rank 8 chest instead of rank 6.
