As you have all seen it already, GMs have given us a new PWI event/contest!

Refer to PWI T-Shirt Contest! if you haven't seen it already.

    I feel like both is a copout so I picked profile picture. People often glance over shirts and have no idea what they mean, or figure you're only wearing it because you got it somewhere cheap or something.

    TBH..I voted that I don't care.

    However, I just would not change my profile picture to my in-game character. Those that know me know I play PW but it does not mean that I have to put it on Facebook.

    In terms of a shirt...it would have to be insanely cute. The one that you can currently win is more of a lounge around/bed-time shirt imo b:embarrass

    Wearing a tee is by far worse. It signals the transition between internet and life, whereas this newfangled Facebook thing is still the internet ;).

    Imo wearing a PW shirt is nothing bad. People wear Naruto shirts too and if you watched all Naruto eps then you are out of your damn mind. b:chuckle

    I'm not that kind of a person who cares what others rly think of me, so I'll go with the option 3. Seriously, it's just a shirt, I mean, would you rather wear nothing at all o.o? And about the screenshot, if you're embarrased about showing those pictures, why are you still playing this game? It sounds just like "I'm so scared what others might think if they knew I was playing PWI" to me, idk if that's what you mean, but it sure sounds like that.

    But of course, I'd never wear such a thing if I could choose one of my own shirts instead. It's nothing to be embarrassed about, but I have my own style that I like to follow.

    As much as I would like to say it doesn't matter, I just can't picture a person walking around in a PW shirt. It doesn't matter what other people think, especially strangers, but I feel people worry that a dear friend will run into them and be like: "... wow..." So I can somewhat see people's horrors.

    The Facebook picture is just lame. If you have thousands of people playing your game, why do you need to mix Facebook into it? They already have a page in which thousands have "Liked", why try and make them do more?

    - Tbh it doesn't matter either way, but I can understand why it's lame to try and get people to do something that they find a "statement" for such a little prize that probably no one will be caught dead wearing outside unless all their other laundry is dirty.

    (side note: nice True Blood icon. I hope you read the books before jacking the picture. They're good.)

    Wearing the PWI T-shirt so proudly in public and that you won after a bloody, merciless battle royale/melee/scuffle is not too bad, as there are clothes decorated with crude jokes (to share in a formal dinner for better effect) and/or deliciously puke-inducing pictures... that people PAY for and are totally inexplicably popular for ****.

    And what better way to promote your favorite MMORPG in front of all? Even go for a petition to recruit new players, for the sake of it. PWE will thank you so much, you'll soon be an icon, a superstar in the online community!

    As for Facebook, you change your photo into a PW avatar, so what? If your character has a different gender than yours, explain the truth to all of your contacts, and the curious passerbys with a serious tone, like if you discussed about metaphysical matters. Yup, no problem.
    If it's a character of your gender, say that your parents did not make you the way you wanted ('Oh genetics, I love you, not!') and that you always wanted to dwell and get awesome/epic in a Perfect World.

    Defend your colors, spread the love of virtual environments. Maybe others will join in turn.

    If that was what you really felt I would claim you completely mad. I do not own a facebook because I see it as a waste of time. I would have to say from least bad to worst is: Having a picture of yourself on facebook is the least bad part < Wearing the T shirt like KoRAnubis does in the middle < And by far the worst thing is actually having a facebook account. I do not like to give out any personal information. I am not an attention \/\/h0r3. If I do not feel I am accomplishing something even something at least as low meaning as something in this game I feel worthless. Facebook there are no good goals or accomplishments of any kind.

    So was I - I was a senior in high school at the time. But I used to volunteer for Big Brother Big Sisters, and they hosted a POG tournament at the local shopping mall and asked me to "referee" it. Got myself a pro T-shirt out of the deal b:victory

    That was only . . . 14 years ago? T-shirt is still holding up nicely :D
