Account is suspended... what?!

Well I found out my problem why I couldn't connect, says my account has been suspended in a random email. I haven't done anything wrong they did give me a reason, or telling me how long it is. I've been sending tickets for days. They not responding. I want to play... and I've done nothing wrong, this is so unfair to me wth.

    Its the new "you didn't charge enough Zen suspension" you can get it removed for only 100 gold b:laugh

    If it was in a random email, it's probably just a snafu with you charging Zen. If you were banned normally it would give you a message saying you were banned for 498,226,872 days when you tried to log in. If you've been 'sending tickets for days' you are only hurting yourself. Everytime you send a new ticket, you get tossed to the bottom of the pile.

    Either way - they've made it clear they absolutely will not discuss bans over the forums. So sadly you only option is to wait - don't submit any more tickets tho. A better idea is to spam the inboxes of every GM you can name /ridi
